Peace Education Program: Discover innate strengths and understand the possibility of attaining personal peace. Developed by the Prem Rawat Foundation, these customised workshops are non-religious and non-sectarian.

About

The course has been presented in 70 countries in organisations and community groups, including colleges, youth programs, adult education programs, hospice centres and retirement accommodation, prisons, and rehabilitation programs.

 

The curriculum consists of 10 sessions, each focusing on a particular theme. The themes are: • Peace • Appreciation • Inner Strength • Self-Awareness • Clarity • Understanding • Dignity • Choice

Course Objectives

Discover Inner Peace and Clarity

PEP helps participants find a sense of calm, balance, and self-awareness by focusing on simple yet profound practices to connect with their inner self.

Gain Tools for Emotional Resilience

Learn practical techniques to manage stress, anxiety, and life’s challenges with a clear and peaceful mindset.

Build Better Relationships Through Understanding

By fostering inner harmony, PEP encourages compassion, empathy, and deeper connections with others.

Cultivate Purpose and Gratitude

Participants learn to appreciate life’s moments, discover their own inner strengths, and build a sense of meaning and purpose.

PEP Course Outline

There are three facets of learning in the PEP  format:

Gratitude and Appreciation

The Meaning of Peace

Living with Hope

Self-Knowledge and Fulfillment

II. Reflect and Capture Your Insights:

During each session, you will be encouraged to pause and reflect on what you’ve learned.
A personal journal will be provided where you can write down your thoughts and insights.
This journal is private and meant solely for your self-discovery.

III. Answer Reflection Prompts:

At the end of each topic, you’ll respond to simple reflection questions to deepen your understanding.
These prompts help you integrate the lessons into your daily life.

Upon completing all 9 topics, your reflections will be reviewed with guidance from a PEP facilitator to celebrate your progress and growth.

PEAK Course Format & Requirements

Format

  • Interactive video-based course

  • Self-paced learning with guided reflections

  • Designed for personal growth and inner peace

Time

  • Core video sessions: 35 to 45 minutes per module

  • Reflection exercises & journaling: 10–15 minutes per session

  • Suggested pace: 1 session per week

  • Total duration: Approximately 8–9 hours

Resources Required

  • A stable internet connection

  • Desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone for streaming videos

  • A quiet space for personal reflection and note-taking

  • Optional: Personal journal or notebook for capturing insights
